Angela’s pink little corner of the internet

Building a beautiful life, one curious experiment at a time.

I’m Angela. I’m building a business, learning out loud, writing things down, and sharing the whole wonderfully unfinished adventure.

Life is serious enough. This corner can sparkle.

A little bit business plan, a little bit personal reinvention, and a very reliable amount of pet hair.

This is where I collect what I’m learning about work, AI, business, resilience, and building a life that feels like mine. I don’t have all the answers. I do have questions, stories, three excellent assistants, and a deep belief that useful things can also be beautiful.

More of my story

Learn in public

Share the real process, including the detours and unfinished thoughts.

Build something lovely

Make useful things with care, personality, and a little unexpected delight.

Bring the animals

Because every good project benefits from supervision by paws.

A career built on curiosity and connection.

I’ve spent my career helping businesses grow by building relationships, solving problems, and creating systems that make work easier for both customers and teams.

I didn’t set out to build a career in sales because I loved selling. I stayed because I discovered I loved understanding people. Every conversation was an opportunity to listen, learn, and help someone move one step closer to the outcome they were looking for.

Over the years, that curiosity led me from individual contributor to sales leadership, where I had the opportunity to coach teams, improve processes, and work across departments to solve problems that affected both employees and customers.

Sales & Leadership

During my career, I’ve had the opportunity to:

  • Lead and mentor high-performing inside sales teams.
  • Build onboarding programs and training materials for new employees.
  • Develop sales processes and standard operating procedures that improved consistency and efficiency.
  • Create reporting and performance dashboards to support better decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and internal communication.
  • Help generate millions of dollars in revenue through relationship-focused sales and customer retention.

While I’m proud of the numbers, I’m even more proud of the people I’ve worked with. Watching someone grow in confidence, develop new skills, and achieve goals they didn’t think were possible has always been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

What I’ve Learned

Every role has taught me something different, but a few lessons have stayed with me:

  • Relationships are more valuable than transactions.
  • Curiosity is one of the most underrated professional skills.
  • The best solutions often come from asking better questions.
  • Great customer experiences are built long before a sale is ever made.
  • Small improvements, repeated consistently, create extraordinary results over time.
Today

I’m in a season of building.

I’m exploring new opportunities, continuing to grow professionally, and documenting what I’m learning along the way. This website is part portfolio, part journal, and part ongoing experiment.

Whether my next chapter is with an incredible company, through Sparkles, or something I haven’t imagined yet, I hope the work I do continues to reflect the values that have guided me throughout my career:

Lead with curiosity. Help generously. Keep learning. Build things that make people’s lives a little better.

Meet my favorite coworkers.

They contribute very little to the business plan and absolutely everything to the atmosphere.
